Periodic Inspection and Performance Requirements of Hydraulic System

Author:

During the operation of the hydraulic system, it is necessary to be familiar with the operation essentials of the hydraulic element control mechanism, the relationship between the rotation direction of each hydraulic element adjustment knob and the pressure and flow changes. In order to prevent accidents caused by adjustment errors.

Before starting, the oil temperature of the hydraulic system pump should be checked, so that the oil temperature is lower than 10°C, and the pump can be loaded and run after no-load operation for more than 20 minutes. When the room temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 35°C, heating or cooling measures should be taken before starting. Pay attention to the oil temperature rise at any time during operation. During normal operation, the oil temperature in the oil tank of the general hydraulic system does not exceed 60°C.

The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system needs to be checked and replaced regularly during use. In the process of use, the newly put into use hydraulic equipment should be cleaned and replaced about 3 months after use. After that, the oil should be cleaned and changed every six months or a year according to the requirements of the equipment manual.

If the hydraulic system equipment is not used for a long time, all adjustment knobs should be loosened to prevent the deformation of the spring and affect the performance of the components. The hydraulic system is a supporting part of the main engine. When designing the hydraulic system, the requirements of the host for the hydraulic system should be clearly defined.

The performance requirements of the main engine of the hydraulic system are mainly the force and motion requirements of each actuator during use. The magnitude of force and speed, speed range, speed stability, and time to complete a cycle are well-defined for each actuator at each work stage. Modern machinery requires high precision, high productivity and automation, which not only requires its hydraulic system to have good static indicators, but also requires its dynamic indicators.
