Hydraulic system working temperature and hydraulic oil inspection and replacement

The performance of hydraulic systems during work depends to a large extent on proper use and timely maintenance. To a certain extent, rules and regulations for use and maintenance should be established and strictly enforced during use.
The hydraulic system operator should master the working principle of the system, be familiar with the operation methods and key points in use, and be familiar with the function of each adjustment device, the relationship between the rotation direction and the adjustment pressure and flow changes, so as to prevent reverse adjustment and accidents.
Before starting the hydraulic system, check whether the adjustment device and handle on the system are moved by unrelated personnel, and whether the position of the electrical switch and travel switch is normal. Check the oil temperature before starting. When the oil temperature is below 10°C, the system can be heated under no load. If the room temperature is lower than 0°C, the hydraulic oil is condensed, and heating measures should be taken before starting. If possible, use hydraulic fluids of different viscosities in summer and winter.
During the working process, attention should be paid to the oil level and temperature rise of the hydraulic system at any time. In general, the working temperature of the oil is 35°C~60°C. Regularly check and replace the hydraulic oil to keep the oil clean. For newly put into use equipment, the oil tank should be cleaned and the oil changed about one month after use. From now on, depending on the cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid, clean and replace it every other year or at intervals set in the manual.
When using the hydraulic system, please pay attention to the working condition of the filter. Regularly clean or replace the filter element to prevent impurities from entering the fuel tank. When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be sealed as required.
